1924 | the shop

Lovers of the lost world of fine craft, unite.
I stumbled upon this curated shop by Christian Watson and Hannah Wright and was blown off my chair! The team at 1924 has an unbelievable eye for aesthetics and choosing the pieces they come across (aren't their product photos drop-dead?!). Find one-of-a-kind vintage treasures for your nest and handcrafted specialty goods by some pretty rad makers.

If you just can't get enough (like me), see more on their blog, 1924.

Bomb Nails

Have you seen Christina Rinaldi's nail art?

My.

I can't stop obsessing over her Tumblr... has me pining for some fun new colors (and would keep my nasty picking habit at bay for a couple weeks).

lucas maassen & sons

I just ran across these stained pieces by Lucas Maassen and his three boys. It's love.

fancy that

I ordered my new broom today from West Elm and am so happy about retiring my dollar store model. Why I'm head over heels? It's crafted in Berea, Kentucky, which happens to be the same little art town my love & I drove through during one of our first road trips together en route to Gatlinburg. We stopped in a little shop & he bought me a little gilded ring. Fancy that.
